A nice simple menu to choose from with several protein variations. Layout in store is tight but was easy enough to get in and find a seat. Food was served quickly and staff is friendly and attentive. Salsa bar had a good selection to pick from and setup from mild to hot.
Ordered a torta and it was a delicious combination of steak and chorizo. Worth the stop for some tasty food.

Good taco spot in the heart of Huntington Beach!
The tacos all come plain (just meat and tortilla) and then you add whatever you want from the toppings bar.
The healthy amount of meat served with each taco is a great value! The restaurant itself is setup for a quick bite or take-out to enjoy on the beach.

Sunday lunch at Primecut Taqueria Huntington Beach.
This place makes a hell of a taco! Everything is on point! From the charcoal grilled prime meats, the seasonings, to the sauces, tortillas, cheese grilled into the tortillas, portions, and views of our beloved HB pier. Things that should be crisp were crisp, things that were supposed to be tender were tender.
I also feel the value for the quality and quantity of food I ordered was on par.
Everything was great! I’ll be back!
I ordered the Prime Ribeye, Premium Pork Belly, and Regular Adobada.

Serious tacos!!! Authentic wood grilled high quality meats and lots of selection. We fell in love with the ribeye and arrachera tacos. Juicy, tender and packed with flavor. Several salsas and fresh ingredients from the self serve bar to make the perfect taco plate. Crunchy, house made tortilla chips and guacamole was the perfect side. Watching the meat being grilled right out front sent your hunger into overdrive. It smelled so good. I am already looking forward to going back.

Outstanding food. I ate here probably more than my diet allows but I don’t care because it was delicious. I upgraded everything I had multiple days to the filet mignon version and it did not disappoint. The massive side of guacamole and chips was so good too.
