The service was lacking. The food was decent. The price always seems high. I think it was just this particular location because typically I really like Panera. The vibe at this location was off... #LOCALGUIDES
Every time I go it's always dirty. Used napkins and cups all over. Mac and cheese seems to ALWAYS be cold on 'to go' orders. And the last (and final) time I went I placed a 68$ order to be told they don't accept 100$ bills. When every other Panera accepts them. If that's the case for the particular store they should have that policy posted because I wouldn't have wasted my 30 minutes driving there, ordering, and then having to drive back. 0/10 would recommend this Panera.
Panera I think has gone down in quality over time. They don’t spend as much time on quality and freshness of food like they used to. This location is nice though. They don’t seem to mess up my order and they are friendly. Never too crowded either. If there’s a Panera to go to, it’s this one.
They have a line sign which I respected. Unfortunately others either weren't aware or didn't care. And the cashiers didn't pay attention. So I waited longer than needed while a woman and a kid cut in front of me. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. I like Panera but likely won't be back to this store.
Usually LOVE Panera....but on this particular Saturday morning they only had TWO choices for cream cheese spreads. Really odd...since this is a bakery that has bagels & most of us want a variety to choose from. This has NEVER happened to me at any other location. This was my first visit to this location...so I'm hoping it's not the norm for them to run out & maybe they just had an off day.
