I order chicken and baby rib plate and it tasted super great! The staff is so nice to ask if I like white meat or dark meat. Each part of chicken including the white chicken breast is tender and juicy! The restaurant controls the spice well and it fits my appetite less salty and more healthy! A big thumb for people who want to enjoy the fresh premium food, closed to beach but less noise. The Chicken in a Barrel at Huntington Beach is the best choice for you!

It's a cute little space with awesome music choice.
I got the sampler platter, which gives you the taste of their chicken, pulled pork, pulled beef, and 2 ribs. The ribs have good flavor, you can see the smoke rings in it, and tender. The pulled pork and pulled beef were too dry for me, so I doused it with their sauce. The sauce was ok, but I can definitely say I've had better. Also got the bacon cheese burger, and it was good. The baked beans and chili were surprisingly good.
The decor has Hawaiin vibes, and the service was fast.

A charming spot for a casual lunch. We indulged in classic burgers, chili fries, shredded tacos, and loaded chicken fries. The service was prompt, and although the place was small, it offered a comfortable atmosphere. Think of it as an upgraded version of fast food, tucked away on the side streets of Huntington Beach Main St.

Overpriced, undercooked, cold and just plain disgusting chicken tacos. Took one bite and spit right out. Save your $$ and go somewhere else.

The pulled pork was amazing! I think the worker said this restaurant is based in Hawaii. The pork was very moist, went well with the house bbq sauce they had. Service was very great, the workers are very kind.
