Wade was the first technician to come to our house for the initial quote/inspection. He was impressively knowledgeable about our 20+ year old existing furnace that had gone out at my grandma’s house (that was 60+ years old). He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. He used analogies and explained things in terms that myself and my grandma could understand. He gave his personal and professional opinion without trying to upsell us addition services. I deeply appreciate Wade’s time and consideration. Chris and Pablo came the next day (as scheduled) to install the new furnace we purchased through Absolute Airflow. They worked diligently for about 5 hours, took an hour and a half break in between to return back to their shop for addition parts/supplies. Again, these guys were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and were great to work with. All 3 of them wore covers on their shoes while inside the home. Chris and Pablo put rugs down over the carpet to keep them clean, and even vacuumed up after themselves! Great experience, would recommend this company to everyone- especially those who are not familiar with HVAC.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Josh for a quote, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Not only did he provide a comprehensive and fair estimate, but he also went above and beyond by addressing additional concerns without any extra charge. His professionalism, subject matter expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service truly set him apart. I highly recommend this Josh for any plumbing needs – a true 5-star experience! -Robbe

I take back the great review on this company. The original work done was great but I’ve discovered they take advantage of the existing customer on an ongoing basis. Probably to re-coop the ‘great deal’. They do not respond to negative feedback, don’t return calls or emails to discuss or fix the issue. ‘’Absolutely’ no more with this company. Buyer beware!!!

Once again, your customer service was amazing. The Gentleman came out did his job. Let me know some things that could benefit me. He let me choose the one I needed without any pressure. Very very happy with your team. From the phone to me. Then my phone call back. The text messages and over all service. Thank you again for making this possible. Mike

I’ll try and be fair in my summary. I had a unit installed by Absolute airflow about 6 months ago before summer. The salespeople and supervisor I was in contact with initially were friendly and accommodating. I told them what I wanted, with my limited knowledge of HVAC, and they told me they could do it. I had an older unit that was gradually performing poorly, and needed an update. The ducting was the wrong size, my insulation wasn’t great and my compressor was taking a dump. They replaced all of it and my house is a lot cooler and my electric bill went down. Now for the cons: I think Absolute is quite a bit more expensive than other companies. I also had to contact the supervisor to explain why I didnt like some of the work that was being done. Specifically, I had gone over them with how I wanted all the power run, through the attic. This new system also required a new 120v circuit along with a 240v circuit, I believe for the variable speed fan motors. I was assured that would be run through the attic as well. I’m in the trades and work long hours, so I expect my wife to give me relevant updates. I came home one evening and there was about 60 feet of flexible metallic conduit (not even weather rating seal-tight) strung around from my aide yard where the unit was, to my panel. There was not even the proper weather proof fittings on the box or panel. Luckily, the employee was still there, and me knowing a little bit of electrical having worked in the trade for 10 years tell him politely that not only does that not look good, but it’s not even up to code. He kind of laughs and tries to assure me it is and he does it all the time. I left Kyle, one of the sales-reps/supervisors a text with my concerns and the exact code number explaining this, and he text me back saying not to worry about it, it was only temporary and an actual electrician would come out tomorrow to fix it. I thought to myself at the time, “why would someone temporarily run all that wire and conduit on the outside of my house and dry a bunch of holes in my stucco for anchors for no reason? That’s kind of dumb.” I then noticed one of the anchors was drilled for and mounted DIRECTLY INFRONT OF/OVER MY SEWAGE LINE CLEAN OUT! This really scarred me because I had literally just finished remodeling my kitchen and replaced my plumbing due to a leak. Luckily I have a borescope and was able to take out the screw and see that it had deflected off of the pipe, and not punctured it, but it really scared me and I lost some of my confidence in the guys doing the work. The next day, no electrician came out, the same 2 guys, and although he did fix his work and put silicone back in the stucco, I did feel like I was lied to about an actual electrician coming out to do the work and didn’t appreciate that. Everything else went sort of smooth from there. The next week, a crew of 3 guys came out to install the insulation. I answer the door first thing in the morning, and the gentleman on the crew who rang the doorbell is wearing a shirt with Tupac giving me the middle finger…. Now, I honestly really don’t care and was offended in no way, but what if my wife and kids had answered the door? Does he wear this sweatshirt when senior citizens open the door? Not a very professional look. The also brought I think 8-10 bates of insulation, but only used 4 or 5 and had it done really quick. not a problem. I went and inspected the attic and told them to use more and they did, but said I didn't need it. It was 3k just for the insulation, I paid a good amount of money, mainly for labor, and Im not looking for corners to be cut. All in all, my AC has worked well, but I had a stressful experience specifically on the day I came home to a hack job on the conduit. I wonder how many people who didn’t bring up the code violation have had it done. At least it was corrected and done properly afterwords, for me, but I wonder how many people it hadn't been done properly for? I can only give this company 3 stars for the above reasons.
